Master Plan
$1500
A full-service wedding planner handles everything for the couple from start to finish. This option includes the overall design and vision of the wedding, keeping your needs at the forefront and staying within budget. We also contract negotiations, hire of vendors, and execute the event vision on the day of the wedding. Master Plan includes Day of Coordinating.
Day of Coordinating
$150/hr
On the day of your event, there is A LOT to do! Its our job to make sure it goes smoothly. We will meet vendors, assist in setting up and breaking down, and a whole lot more. Please email for a full list of responsibilities. Coordinating is included with Master Plan option at no additional charge.
Event DJ and Host
$250/hr
Your event schedule, playlist, and announcements are organized to keep your event running smoothly and make your guests feel at home. Set up a consultation to discuss your event needs.
Officiant
$250
Our ordained minister will provide the personal touch you're looking for. Email to discuss ceremony timing, readings, and blessings. Once reserved, we will send you a sample ceremony for you to approve or edit.
Live Music
$250
Includes live music by a vocalist with either guitar or piano accompaniment for the ceremony only.

Bio
Play Event Company creates custom events that make your unique vision come to life. A variety of services are offered to keep everything cohesive, simple, and affordable.
Jenn Jones is the founder of Play Event Company. She started DJing for her family’s roller skating rink at age 13 and was later hired as an entertainer for a large production company where she was professionally trained to work the many facets of events as a DJ, emcee, and performer. With a degree in dance performance, she continues to create choreography for theatre productions and teach ballet for local studios, and plans all types of events including weddings, social and corporate gatherings, birthday parties, and everything in between.
